Hi Myra and Neil, 

I just wanted to drop a note letting you know what a wonderful time we had last night.  Everyone really enjoyed themselves.  We look forward to doing it again sometime soon.  I will be sure to pass the word along... what a great idea for a special birthday celebration.

Dear Myra and Neil,

What a hit!  Every person has emailed me and repeatedly said they loved the evening, were wowed by the recipes, and want to do it again.

When is the new schedule going to be out?  I thought that we might want to schedule an Italian night as several talked about the Tuscan class or an Italian dinner party.  I'll check the schedule and see what we might want to reschedule for this group again. 

Now that they emailed me back, ... all the other people that couldn't make it that night are now upset that they couldn't attend.  They want to know when this will happen again.  I am hoping that several of the younger girls will start to ask their friends to do this as well. 

Thanks again for such a great evening.  It was perfection!!!
