Hi Myra,

I just wanted to tell you how pleased everybody was with the lunch. Jim was very pleasant and helpful in setting things up. It all looked very appetizing and was even more delicious than it looked. The salad especially was a knockout. 15 people must have asked me where the food came from and many more were exclaiming about how good it looked. We certainly accomplished what we aimed to do, i.e. thank a bunch of people for some good work they did. Thanks for your help and advice, and for your fine food.

Just a quick thank you to you and your staff. The cocktail party was a success. Diane, Linda and Luis are such professionals. They zoomed in on the guests who were vegetarians. I love that they come in and take charge. Please schedule them in again for next year.

The food was, as always, excellent.

I'm working on the menu for next year. The (what my guests called) Nacho shooters were excellent and we'll have to order more of those next year.

As I just said to Neil on the phone, a great big THANK YOU so much for the fantastic job you all did at providing a beautiful and delicious display for Steve’s Memorial service!

Your talents for going “above & beyond” in everything you do showed through magnificently.

Though the occasion was a solemn one, the appreciation for the artistic display and the very tasty Hye Rollers, the elaborate veggie & cheese displays and the yummy homemade cookies helped to make it a warm and comforting day as well. And thanks too, for the Marshmallow basket as well… those disappeared quickly.

So thank you again to you and your great staff, I am sure we will be having future business with you soon!

What can I say? The office lunch Elegant Eating prepared for us was amazing. I’m glad you “surprised” us with the menu selection since it offered such a variety of tastes. Plus this was easy, all I did was place the items from the boxes and bags and viola! Lunch is served; the presentation already looked great! I also appreciate the attention to detail, the delivery time was perfect and the eating and serving utensils were nicely packed.

Finally, the food was absolutely delicious, people kept coming late in the afternoon searching for whatever they could find….of course there were no leftovers!

You guys are the BEST!! Thanks again.
