Say cheese and you just may win a $100 Gift Certificate!

We are getting ready to create a new web site and are looking for great Elegant Eating party pictures. We think that you and your guests are wonderful, and we would love our new web site to be filled with pictures of your fantastic parties.

All you need to do is send us photos from your Elegant Eating catered event. We will put your name on one raffle ticket for each picture that you send us (see details below).

We encourage you to invite your photographer in on the contest. If we choose to use a picture that was taken by your photographer, we will give credit to the photographer on the web page that the photo is on, and include the photographer on our links page of party resources.
 

Here’s how it works:

We will put your name (or the name of the person who sends us the picture) on one raffle ticket for each picture sent to us, regardless of whether we use the picture. (If you email us 10 pictures, your name will be put on 10 different raffle tickets.) If your photographer sends us pictures, we will put your name on one raffle ticket and your photographer’s name on another ticket – for each photo sent to us.
 

What types of photos ?:

Pictures of Elegant Eating food, people enjoying the food, and/or general party pictures from an event catered by Elegant Eating.

Please make sure the photos are at least 2 inches (or 144 pixels) in height and width.
 

Who may enter ?

Elegant Eating clients, their guests and / or photographers. An entrant must hold all rights to a photograph.

How do I enter ?

You may email or mail us your photos.

For each photo submitted, please include the following information:

1)   Your name.
2)   The photographer’s name (if different than entrant).
3)   Your telephone number.
4)   Your contact email address.
5)   If we use your photo on our web site or in our marketing materials, do you want us to include a photographer credit?

Important: By entering the contest, entrants grant Elegant Eating the right to publish and use submitted photographs in electronic or print form on our web site or marketing material. Any photograph reproduced will include a photographer credit (if desired by entrant).


Raffle prize:

One raffle ticket will be chosen on each of the drawing dates. The person whose name is on the raffle ticket will receive a $100 Gift Certificate to be used on the winner's next catering order. (No minimum purchase necessary.) Valid for 1 year from date of issue.
 

Raffle drawing dates:

The raffle drawings will take place at 5:30 pm on the dates below at our Smithtown location. All entries must arrive by noon on the date of the drawing. At this point, the monthly drawings will be held:

• April 1, 2008  (Tuesday) – Special Tasting will take place in our showroom. Please RSVP if you will be attending this April 1 event.

• May 1, 2008   (Thursday)

• June 1, 2008  (Sunday)

• July 1, 2008   (Tuesday)

Entrants do not need to be at the raffle drawing to win.

Drawings may continue after the above dates. If additional raffle or tasting dates are added, new dates will be posted on our web site.


Is there a limit to how many times someone can win?

Yes, a maximum of 2 times per year.
