Hi. I just want to say Thank you for a beautiful baby shower yesterday. Barbara and Diane were phenomenal! They were absolutely lovely, personable and professional. They worked hard! The food was delicious and amazing! The milk and cookies were a huge hit! I can’t say enough great things. Thank all of you so much for helping us welcome our first grandbaby. We are truly grateful.

We hired Elegant Eating for my husband’s 70th birthday party at an Airbnb in Stony Brook—and we were planning everything from Louisiana. They made what could have been a stressful situation completely seamless. The food was absolutely delicious, beautifully presented, and the service was flawless. They handled every detail so we could truly relax and enjoy the day with our family. Our guests are still talking about it. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them for any special event.

We worked with Elegant Eating on many occasions and we are always beyond satisfied. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and inventive and quick thinking when a fix is needed for unexpected setbacks. The food is always amazing and the menu is large and accommodating. Seared tuna on cucumber is my absolute favorite and everybody loves garden franks and freshly baked chocolate chip cookies. I shouldn't fail to mention that they leave the kitchen clean and all the leftovers packed and labeled and in the refrigerator. Two words are enough to describe Elegant Eating: "Pure Perfection".

We had a wonderful dinner party. Everything was delicious and beautifully presented. Your staff was amazing: very polite and considerate of the guests. They cleaned up so well after serving the meal that there was absolutely nothing I needed to do afterwards. They were also very nice people to talk to after the guests left. I enjoyed meeting them.

We recently hosted a retirement party and the catering experience with Elegant Eating was outstanding. From start to finish, they were professional, attentive, and an absolute joy to work with.

Thank you so much for all the wonderful dishes we had last night for Thanksgiving. Every one of them was amazing! The turkey was delicious and moist (I know - horrible word!!) and we especially loved the mushroom, leek and Gruyère strata, the sweet potatoes, the three berry sauce, and the apple pie. Another incredible job as always. Elegant Eating never disappoints.

Belated but heartfelt thank you for creating that delicious and gluten free meal for my dad's memorial service at the St James Episcopal Church. People are still raving about it! The beef was so tender, and the desserts just fantastic. (The leftovers got gobbled up fast too!)
Diane and Linda were so friendly and kind and festive and went out of their way to make everyone feel welcome. Thank you again so much for making our family event special.

We had another amazing event with your food and team last night! The guests could not stop talking about the food - no surprise - and how attentive and nice the staff were. These are people who go to party after party yet could not stop complimenting the food and they called my aunt and uncle all day to talk about how wonderful everything was. Lots of people asked for your information last night and more again today, so hoping this leads to some new business for you.
I have yet to have anything but the best experience with you and I’m so happy this was another great event. Cary was new to us and a total pleasure to work with … and we just adored the team that came last night! Kevin, Carissa and Magda were all amazing and I would highly recommend them.

Hi Myra and Neil,
I just wanted to let you know how very much Tom and I appreciated the entire Elegant Eating team on Saturday.
As always, the food was amazing and with a spectacular presentation (Chef Tony outdid himself!)– it truly changed every single guest’s outlook as they entered the party!
Myra you literally saved the day with your immediate input on layout design – and you took charge at just the right moment to calm Tom and I down.
The entire staff came in with genuine smiles and acted as though the weather was “no big deal” pleasantly setting up, serving and attending to every guest’s need with ease. It was amazing. The way they all work together as a family warmed my and Tom’s hearts. The mutual respect they all had for each other was nothing short of beautiful! For them to walk into literally a puddle of water in the dining tent, look at my face and smile and say, “It’s going to be beautiful.” Was absolutely mind boggling, but so very much appreciated!
As you know Tom and I have hosted many parties, but this was by far the scariest for us as there was so many people and the weather refused to cooperate. Your team pulled it off with ease. As the night wore on my gratitude grew deeper and even Tom commented, “We could never have pulled this off without Elegant Eating”!
Diane and Jim staying behind to serve up the hotdogs/sliders and root beer floats was the best way to end the affair (so once again, thank you for your ingenuity, Myra!!). I’m sure Diane and Jim were exhausted, but still they smiled while they served!
Please hear our thanks as it is deeply felt! Our daughter Kelsey and her fiancé Alaina were blown away – and their excitement was our goal.
I know there are at least 2 people who left the party asking for your number -- And of course you know I literally tell everyone I know how amazing you all are!

Guests were wowed with the passed items and then the crepe station was just beyond! The ladies, I think Linda, Diane and Heidi were like old friends! Wow! You guys really knocked our socks off yesterday! The food was a huge hit at my mom's "Celebration of Life" gathering. Everyone raved about the food and especially the presentation. The Gemelli Pasta salad was a party favorite and Neil, that is a dish that you had suggested. My favorite was the Shrimptini, deviled eggs and fruit cups. The fruit cups was your suggestion too, Neil.
We had food left over and all the grandchildren helped set up and clean up. We used all of my mom's china, silver, crystal, punch bowl and serving trays. My mother would have approved:)

Well, Elegant Eating, did it again. I'm always lost for words when it comes to Elegant Eating’s orders because they are always that good. Example, last week, we ordered from the weekly menu, the Turkey Pot Pie, Steak Diane, Poke Tuna Bowl and an Herb Crusted Salmon meal. Which in my opinion, should be a staple, but I think I say that after every meal of theirs, lol. Ah yes and the Irish Soda Bread, which was fantastic. The food is always superb and always fresh. Everything is always detail oriented and elegantly handled, nothing spills in transit! Even the way they package, they have that down to a system. They truly are wonderful to work with and so pleasant. I highly recommend Elegant Eating. You will not be disappointed!
