We are happy to tailor the gift basket according to your needs, so feel free to make special requests. 

If you are near Suffolk County, New York, feel free to stop by our store (in Smithtown on Route 347, just East of the Watermill Inn) to choose from thousands of gift basket items or work with one of our gift basket consultants to design the perfect gift.

Our Designs

We are proud that our designs are our original creations. You will never find "cookie cutter" gift baskets on our site.

Our website is designed to give a small sampling of our creations, and in no way limits our ability to design a gift to meet your specific needs. If you don't see exactly what you're looking for here, please call us and we'll be happy to create a custom gift just for you.

We'll work within your budget to create custom designs; we can incorporate your company's colors and logo items; provide promotional specialty items and imprinted ribbon.  In addition, we are happy to offer baskets to accommodate diabetic diets.

You can visit our Gift Basket retail  location in Smithtown on Route 347, just East of the Watermill Inn.   There you will find an amazing selection of gift baskets and products, including a gift basket consultant who will be happy to creatively design a basket according to your specifications.


Confidentiality
Your confidentiality is guaranteed. We NEVER sell or rent our list of customer names. To maintain your trust and confidence, we will NEVER release any information that you provide to a third party.

 

Substitutions
We make changes to our inventory based upon the discovery of new and unique items, product availability and seasonal difference. Therefore, substitutions may be made, but quality will never be compromised. All substitutions will be of equal or greater value.

 

Return/Replacement
Your satisfaction is guaranteed. If there is a problem, please notify us as soon as possible, retaining all products and shipping materials. We reserve the right to request that an unsatisfactory item be returned to us prior to replacement.

 

Important Shipping Information
For all orders received prior to 12:00 noon EST, every effort will be made to ship them out the same day. All other orders will be shipped out the next business day (excluding holidays). Please allow approximately:

1-3 business days to East Coast
3-5 business days to Mid West
5-7 business days to West Coast

During the very busy holiday season, shipping may take longer.

Local Deliveries
We are happy to deliver our gift baskets. Delivery rates are from $15 and up. 

Please let us know if you would like the gift basket(s) delivered when you are placing your order.



Tax
If your gift is being shipped or delivered within the state of New York and is primarily non-food, 8.62% sales tax will be added.

Wrapping
Each of our gift baskets is prepared when ordered, and tied off with a beautiful bow or non-crushable ornament. Prior to delivery or shipping, each gift basket is wrapped with cello, shrinkwrap or both, to ensure that it will arrive at its destination in beautiful condition.



Special Diets
Sugar Free, Fat Free and Strictly Kosher Baskets are Available.
